Carls Point originates on KCUP-AM radio in Newport. It is broadcast Tuesday at 7:26 a.m., and repeated on Thursday, 6:26 a.m.
This is a tale of two cities: Kansas and Pennsylvania.
The Kansas school board did the right thing and voted to put religion back where it belongs: In the science class!
But Dover, Pennsylvania rejected God from its city. The school board was voted out because they wanted to teach intelligent design.
Now Dover is in trouble! Heres what Pat Robertson said:
"God is tolerant and loving, but we can't keep sticking our finger in His eye forever. If they have future problems in Dover, I recommend they call on Charles Darwin.
Does intelligent design make more sense than evolution? An evolutionist thinks Pat Robertson evolved from apes. But an intelligent design proponent believes God made Pat Robertson up. You choose!
Anyway, our kids cant compete in the modern world if they dont hear all sides of the Bible! Thats why I say hats off to the Kansas school board! (Applause) From now on, Dorothy and Toto wont have to leave home. The Wizard of Oz will be living in Kansas!
Im Carl Estrada and thats my point.
