Dear Senator Santorum,
How’s it going with that flap about gay sex? I bet you stirred up quite a hornet’s nest.
I guess it’s hard for me to know what to think unless I ask you this question: Have you ever had gay sex? I don’t mean to be personal, but I was taught, “Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it.” Me personally, I’ve never tried it. But I know some people that have, and they like it a lot.
Also, you compared gays to bigamists and adulterers. Hmm...I don’t mean to argue, but I think you’re on shaky ground there. I know a gay couple who have been together for 17 years, and as far as I know, they’ve been true-blue to each other. Then I know some hetero bigamists and adulterers who haven’t, so there you go.
I just think you should rethink your position. You might make a few Republicans mad at you, but they’ll vote for you anyway. Or, maybe what you could do is try gay sex, and then if you don’t like it, at least you can tell the voters, “I tried it, and I don’t like it!”
