Governor-Elect Arnold Schwarzenegger
State Capitol Building
Sacramento, CA 95814
Dear Governor-Elect Schwarzenegger,
I’d say “congratulations,” but we know you’re only part way there.
Call me a psychic, but remember when I predicted the Republicans would pass a bill saying Austrian-born immigrants could become president? Well, I was close. Orrin Hatch is sponsoring a bill saying that any immigrant who has been a U.S. citizen for twenty years can be president. How long have you been a citizen?
My advice is sit tight. Don’t do a thing as governor. Just fly around in your jet and look busy. Remember what got you there: no record and no positions. Don’t commit yourself to anything that your enemies can use against you. Just wait it out until Hatch’s bill becomes law, and then it’s on to the White House!
Who do you think you’ll get to Recall George W. Bush? How about John McCain? Or maybe Colin Powell? How about Jay Leno?
The only thing that worries me about Hatch’s bill is it allows 20-year citizens from any country to run for president, not just Austria. That opens the door for Henry Kissinger. Do you think you can beat him?
Sincerely,
Carl Estrada
